The UN High Commissioner expressed his concerns regarding the alleged separation of households in the U.S. border, calling it”unconscionable.”

The United Nation’s top human rights official on Monday called on the Trump government to terminate its”zero-tolerance” policy, which has caused the separation of migrant families at the southern boundary, calling the clinic abusive.
Zeid Ra’ad al-Hussein, the United Nations high commissioner for human rights, spoke out against the policy during an address in Geneva, The New York Times reported.
“The thought that any state would attempt to deter parents by inflicting such abuse on children is unconscionable,” al-Hussein said.
He highlighted in his speech that U.S. immigration officials had arrested about 2,000 children over the past weeks.
The reports coming out from the American press are filled with lies. People who commit crime are separated from their own families.
