A massive bombshell dropped on John McCain. One that doesn’t surprise me all that much because I do not trust John McCain. He deserves to be vulnerable for this.
Judicial Watch has got newly released internal IRS documents that reveal that Sen. John McCain’s former personnel director and chief counsel on the Senate Homeland Security Permanent Subcommittee, Henry Kerner, advocated leading IRS officials to”audit numerous that it becomes fiscally ruinous.”
He is speaking about the Tea Party and among the best officials had been then-director of exempt organizations Lois Lerner.
Kerner was appointed by President Trump as Special Counsel for the United States Office of Special Counsel. A lot of people in the time who support President Trump decried that appointment due to his direct participation in targeting Tea Party organizations. He must be detained, not functioning as Special Counsel for anything, just as Lois Lerner should be behind bars for her character in all this.
Kerner, Lerner and other high heeled IRS officials met on April 30, 2013. IRS employees took notes of the explosive meeting and now they are coming into light.
Ten days after that meeting, Lerner admitted that the IRS had a policy of improperly and intentionally delaying applications for tax-exempt status from conservative non-profit groups like the Tea Party. That arguably directly influenced elections in the US, including Obama’s election and re-election into the presidency.
Judicial Watch Obtains IRS Documents Showing McCain’s Subcommittee Staff Director Urged IRS to…
McCain minority staff director Henry Kerner to IRS official Lois Lerner and other IRS officials:”the solution would be to re learn so many that it becomes financially ruinous” (Washington, DC) — Judicial…
True Pundit has this to report:
“Lerner and other IRS officials met with select top staffers in the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee at a”marathon” meeting to talk about concerns raised by both Sen. Carl Levin (D-MI) and Sen.
John McCain (R-AZ) that the IRS wasn’t reining in political advocacy groups in reaction to the Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision. Senator McCain had been the primary sponsor of this McCain-Feingold Act and called the Citizens United conclusion, which overturned portions of the Act, among those”worst decisions I have ever observed.”
“In the full notes of an April 30 meeting, McCain’s high-ranking staffer Kerner recommends harassing non-profit groups till they cannot continue operating. In response, Lerner replied that”it is her job to manage it all:”
That is political persecution and should be treated as such. Judicial Watch has reported on this meeting before. Senator McCain blew a fuse and then issued a statement decrying “bogus reports asserting that his office was involved in IRS targeting of conservative groups” McCain’s office has been clearly involved, he understood it and sanctioned it.
The IRS previously blacked out the notes of this assembly, but Judicial Watch found that the notes among subsequent documents released by the agency.
Tom Fitton, who is the President of Judicial Watch, had this to say about the recently obtained IRS documents showing more evidence the bureau was weaponized beneath Obama:
Kerner was appointed by President Trump as Special Counsel for the United States Office of Special Counsel.
The explosive exchange was included in notes taken by IRS employees at an April 30, 2013, meeting between Kerner, Lerner, along with other high heeled IRS officials.
Only ten days following the meeting, former IRS manager of exempt associations Lois Lerner confessed that the IRS needed a coverage of and deliberately delaying applications for tax-exempt standing from conservative non-profit groups.
Senator McCain had been the primary sponsor of the McCain-Feingold Act and called the Citizens United decision, which overturned parts of this Act, among those”worst decisions that I have ever seen”
Just like I have stated that McCain played a far bigger role in the Russian dossier scandal that has been reported, he had been in this up to his eyeballs too. I believe John McCain and rat plant in the Republican Party. He may be ill and not on the Hill these days, but he’s still pulling strings and he’s done more than his share of harm in Congress through the years.
McCain despises the Tea Party movement since it sways elections rather than only devastates the left but foils innovative Republicans. He was not going to stand for that and thus sent his attack dog with marching orders to the IRS to destroy the Tea Party. What just rips it for me is that none of those folks are being held to account satisfactorily.
It is definitely karma for McCain to be exposed and Judicial Watch ought to be praised for nailing him. In its way, this is a kind of mad justice karmically delivered on McCain as he gets ready to check out of this life. He thought he could hide it all forever, but things like this never stay hidden forever and you can’t take it with you personally.
